User Agreement
The present Agreement is intended to regulate the relations between the users of “tipmymenu” service and LSP Global LLC, being a title owner of tipmymenu service, domain name and the rights to use the objects of intellectual property.
Welcome to our “tipmymenu” website (hereinafter referred to as – the Site) Internet-resource that helps you to get to know the information on menu of different establishments as well as gives an opportunity to get familiarized with the comments of visitors on this or that dish of the establishment or to leave your assessment. Please read carefully these Rules of use of “tipmymenu” website (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), which are considered as a public agreement in accordance with Article 633 of Civil Code of Ukraine and Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce”. By using the Site you acknowledge that you accept the Rules contained in this document.
1. Site Functionality
tipmymenu.com is an on-line service that provides a possibility to get familiarized with the menu of establishments of catering business (hereinafter referred to as the “Establishments”), placed on this Site as well as to leave your own assessment given to this or that dish of the Establishment. There may be information about the Establishments published on the Site which is determined by the Administration of the Site on their own. All information presented on the Site is solely recommendatory. The Site gives the User the opportunity to leave comments regarding the content of the Site. The Company shall bear no responsibility for the quality of services provided by the Establishments, information about which is published on the Site. The Company is not a representative of the Establishments and the present Rules do not bring forth any legal relationship between the User of the Site and the Establishments.
2. Accuracy, Policy and Actuality of the Presented Information
The Administration of the Site tries to keep information on the Site as actual and true as possible, but bears no responsibility for its being inaccurate or incomplete. Using any information from the Site you act at your own discretion. You acknowledge that tracking any changes in the information on this Site shall be your own responsibility.
3. Submission of Information
It is prohibited to send to the Site by electronic mail or through other means information being of restricted access including any data, questions, comments, proposals and etc., which may contain such information. When submitting information you guarantee that it does not refer to information of restricted access and we, by using it, do not violate the rights of third parties and current legislation of Ukraine. Any open information submitted to the Site may be used by us for any purpose including reproduction, disclosure, transfer, publication, broadcasting and arrangement on the Site. In addition, we can use for any purpose the ideas, proposals and concepts contained in any message from you. Such use of information does not imply any payments to the side providing it. The Site is not obliged to use the submitted (received) information.
4. Registration on the Site
You must register on the Site and authorize in order to be able to use the majority of functions of the Site.
As a User you can register on the Site by creating User account permitting you to get access to all functionality provided on the Site. Registration is carried out according to the form proposed on the Site with mandatory indication of your electronic address. Also you have a chance to register using your profile in social networking websites (Facebook, Google account). When registering through social networking the following categories of User information will be available to the Site: electronic address, public profile address in social networking websites, date of birth, gender, city and country of residence, photo from the profile; list of friends from your public profile.
Having registered you get access to your personal User cabinet.
Registration of the account of the Establishment
If you wish the information about the Establishment, you are authorized to represent, to appear on the Site in the manner stipulated by these Terms, you need to draw up an application for registration in accordance with the form presented on the Site. In an application you need to provide the following information: name of the Establishment, address of the Establishment, name and surname of the representative of the Establishment, contact telephone, electronic address.
5. Links/References to Other Web Resources
Links/references on the Site may bring you to other sites and in such case we are not responsible for the content, accuracy of information, functionality and any changes in such sites. All links/references at this Site are given voluntarily. Placing any link/reference to other site does not mean that we approve or support it. We strongly recommend to get familiarized with and read carefully the legal comments and provisions on confidentiality at all other sites you visit.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights and intellectual property rights in all texts, images/representations and other materials of this Site are the property of the Site or placed with the consent of the respective owners.
